Favorites of the month: A P R I L

Fangen wir also an:

Nr. 1:

Was will man mehr?

Nr. 6:

Last, but not least ein weiteres Lancome Produkt! Top.

EN: Unbelievable how fast one month can pass by without even noticing it! I had so much university stuff to do and worked a lot. Those reasons kind of stopped me from going through drugstores sneaking for new products. Not that but, because a) I saved some money b) I discovered new/old products of my own and c) new empties! I needed during the small free time a wellness feeling. The more I’m working, the more I need to pamper myself in a good way. My favorites are perfect for that. So let us start.

No. 1:

Before I’m showing you my „older“ favorites of the month I wanna tell you something about two new ones. First one is the „Detoxifying Elastic Scrub“ by kiko cosmetics. It’s a peeling for your whole body with a detoxing effect (what a trend word this year, huh?). I don’t want to say too much about it at this point, because I’m doing a separated review about the scented technology line. But for now let me say it is makes your skin super soft and fresh. I didn’t get the feeling to cover my whole body with a lotion after I used it. It is so moisturizing and rich to your body.

No. 2:

The second new one I bought is the „L’Oreal #txt Excess Spray“. I have to admit, I read lots of reviews about this product and the advertisement is really triggering. You should never trust TV spots or any colorful pictures in magazines directly. But I want to give it a try and see if it’s really t h a t good. I liked to use those texturizing powder products for more voluminous hair. They are good, but they make your hair really sticky and greasy – not so optimal.
The hair spray is a lot better. It’s kind of lighter and more precise to use. Spray it on your lengths and knead your hair to create beach waves or separate your upper hair and spray it underneath to get more volume. The prize is good and easy to use. A wonderful thing if you need to hurry up a little in the morning. With this spray it’s manageable to create a nice every day hair style within 5 minutes.

No. 3:

The weather gets better and better and we all are in spring/summer mood, my lips too! I wanted to feel this summer breath on my lips again. Nothing is easier by using „Born Lippy“ from the body shop. This watermelon lip balm soften your lips and they feel and look wonderful glossy and healthy afterwards. I like to use it as a base before applying my lipstick or just as a touch of glow in between.

No. 4:

Apropos lips, do you know Essence Longlasting Lipsticks? Is it even possible to buy essence in your country? This is a cheaper drugstore line here in Germany. They’ve changed the texture of their longlasting lipsticks some while ago and now they are perfect and ready to use! I love to get back to them again for a day look. The color assortment is pretty great and I’m owing three of them already. They only cost about 2,50 Euro and nothing it wrong with them: no bleeding out your lip line, long-lasting, moisturizing and easy to apply. Give it a try if you have the chance to! Nearly everyone is loving them here.

No. 5:

To get rid of all the products we’re putting on our face, I discovered my beloved „Bi-Facil“ by Lancome again. I got my first sample 2 years ago and after this one was empty, I bought a full sized one directly. Seriously, this product is far more better than any other comparable one. No matter which cheaper or high end product I tested – always got back to Lancome (or coconut oil!). It is quiet expensive, but worth it. I had a new sample and used it this month obsessively. Definitely a big fat recommendation!

No. 6:

Last but not least another Lancome beauty product. I’m talking about a wonderful, wonderful deep black eyeliner. Sounds pretty boring? No way! It is so hard to find a good one. I had tones of black (felt) eyeliner. Doesn’t matter if I was using a liquid, pencil, pot or felt one. They all last not that long, have been to glossy or not black enough, got grayish after a while or even disappear! A nice pencil one is the khol kajal by Dior. But we all know that felt ones do other jobs better like my loved cat eyes! I know it kind of hurts to pay 32 Euro for a eyeliner but if you need a product, where you can trust one hundred percent on, it’s worth it! Normally I get the feeling like paying for the „brand name“ than the actual product, but the quality is promising!

Ich mag so Favoriten-Postings. Danke 🙂
